Refund Policy
At Mataish, every piece is made with attention to detail, premium fabrics, and high quality stitching. Each order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Defective or Damaged Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at support@mataish.com within 2 days of delivery with:
- A clear unboxing video
- Pictures highlighting the issue
Once verified, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange, according to your preference.
To ensure a fair and transparent process, the unboxing video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The complete unboxing process without cuts
- The condition of the item received
This allows our team to review and resolve your concern promptly.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly recommend inspecting your parcel at the time of delivery to ensure everything is received correctly and in perfect condition.
Any issue related to defects, damage, or incorrect items must be reported to support@mataish.com within 2 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation Policy
To maintain the exclusivity and smooth operations of our collections, Mataish currently does not offer cash refunds or a money-back guarantee on confirmed purchases.
Customers who place orders using Debit or Credit Cards may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. In such cases, the paid amount will be issued as a store credit coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days and redeemable on future purchases at Mataish.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it has already entered the fulfillment process.
For refunds processed back to the original payment method, an 8% processing fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway and transaction charges.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Mataish has no control over customs policies or additional import charges imposed by international authorities.
If customs clearance is delayed, refused, or incomplete, the parcel may be returned or destroyed by customs authorities. Mataish will not be responsible for any loss resulting from customs-related matters.
If a customer refuses delivery, declines to pay customs duties, or requests the return of a parcel held by customs, all related charges including return shipping, customs duties, and handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Size Exchange Policy
We currently offer size exchange only to maintain hygiene standards and ensure product quality.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned in:
- Original packaging
- Unused condition
- Original tags attached
Delivery charges apply to all exchanges.
The exchange process may take approximately 15–20 working days.
If the item is returned to our warehouse by the customer, return courier charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For Pakistan Customers
Online orders may be exchanged both online and in-store with valid proof of purchase.
Proof of Purchase
Accepted proof of purchase includes:
- Original purchase receipt
- Online order confirmation email
