At Mataish, we aim to deliver every order with care, transparency, and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–72 business hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, sales periods, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


Order Cancellation & Modifications

Customers may request order cancellation or modifications before the order has been dispatched.

While we always try our best to accommodate changes, requests are subject to order status and operational feasibility.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned.


Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on city, weather conditions, or courier service delays.


International Shipping

Estimated international delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that international delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier handling, or other external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Courier Selection

Courier selection is primarily managed by Mataish to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Customers may request a preferred courier service; however, such requests are not guaranteed and will only be accommodated where operationally possible.

The final courier selection remains at the discretion of Mataish.


Shipping Methods

In select countries, customers may be offered different shipping options during checkout.

Please note that selecting a shipping method does not guarantee a specific courier service.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused, the parcel may be returned or abandoned, and shipping charges will not be refunded.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Mataish is not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Order Tracking

Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 96 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.


Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional re-delivery charges may apply where applicable.


Delays Beyond Our Control

Mataish is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather conditions, government regulations, or courier service disruptions.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mataish.com with clear pictures and an unboxing video as proof.

Claims reported after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Lost shipments will first be investigated with the courier service before a resolution is provided.
