We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange in case of incorrect size selection.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• No perfume, body spray, makeup marks, or stains should be present
• Original tags must remain intact
• The customer is required to send the item back to us for quality inspection.
• All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Once approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

Important Information

• Customized or made-to-order outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.
• Mataish reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with the above terms.

Simply email clear pictures along with an unboxing video to support@mataish.com, and our team will review the issue promptly. Once verified, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange according to your preference.
