Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange in case of incorrect size selection.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• No perfume, body spray, makeup marks, or stains should be present
• Original tags must remain intact
• The customer is required to send the item back to us for quality inspection.
• All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Once approved, the exchanged item will be dispatched.

Important Information

• Customized or made-to-order outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange.
• Mataish reserves the right to decline any request that does not comply with the above terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the rare event that an item sent by us is defective.

• Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear images or a video for verification.
• Once approved, the item must be returned to us for inspection.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• After successful inspection and confirmation of the defect, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Please note:

• Refunds are not offered for change of mind, color variations due to screen display, or incorrect size selection by the customer.
